Community Impact

You may be wondering, "When I give, what services do I help provide?"  Well, through the United Way of Northeast Arkansas, you can help out several agencies instead of just one.  You help us improve lives everyday by supporting programs that:

• Provide children and teens a safe place to play and interact with others
• Help battered women find a safe haven and start their lives over
• Offer after school tutoring 
• Expand youth involvement in community service and leadership 
• Coordinate physical, speech and other types of therapy for children with disabilities 
• Teach social skills and find employment opportunities for adults with disabilities 
• Help senior adults lead active and healthy lives through classes, exercise programs and transportation to and from medical offices 
• Feed and shelter the homeless 
• Provide food for area pantries that feed families in need 
• Deliver emergency communications and provide financial support and other services to members of the Armed Forces and their families
