I am contacting you because we will need volunteers that morning in several different capacities, the largest amount of those being on the course itself. Because of that, choosing weather appropriate clothing to wear is a must. The time frame for the volunteers is from 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. on that morning.   If you've volunteered in this capacity for the FOA in past years, I thank you from the bottom of my heart! If you've not volunteered to help us with the 5K in the past, I'm wondering if this is the year you'd like to become involved.   Although it would be most helpful if you could let me know of your availability no later than February 17th, letting me know as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated. Our goal is 100 volunteers for this event.
